  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, cooked as directed
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 c. sweet pickles, chopped fine
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. pickle juice, mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
