  • 8 to 10-inch cooked cornbread
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (red for color)
  • 1/2 to 1 head lettuce
  • 9 slices cooked bacon or 1 c. bacon bits
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
