- 1 pan cooked cornbread or corn muffins
- 1 c. mustard
- 1 large chopped cucumber
- 1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 2 c. diced tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 small bottle cucumber salad dressing
Directions

1Break up cornbread or corn muffins and mix with mustard until consistency of potato salad.

2Then fold in the remaining ingredients, except dressing.

4Then stir in dressing a little at time until desired consistency is reached.
