- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 qt. bread cubes (2 to 4 day-old bread)
- 2 qt. corn bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 to 6 c. broth or water
Directions

1Saute onion and celery; blend bread cubes and seasoning.

2Add onion, celery, margarine and beaten eggs and stir.

3Add broth gradually, stirring lightly.

4Add more seasoning, if desired. Extra stuffing may be baked in a loaf pan or casserole.

5Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
