- 2 c. dry bread cubes
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- sage to taste
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- hot broth or water (to moisten)
Directions

1Combine bread, onion and seasonings.

2Add butter and enough liquid to moisten.

4Makes 4 cups stuffing, enough for a 4 or 5-pound chicken.
