- 3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
- 2 to 3 onions, quartered
- 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 to 2 c. water

3Cover and cook on low for 12 to 24 hours or high for 7 to 10 hours. Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 5 to 6 hours (on low) or 2 to 3 hours (on high).
