  • 2 large onions
  • 1 small head shredded cabbage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can corned beef

Directions

    In large baking dish, slice potatoes.

    Add onions.

    Put shredded cabbage on top of onions.

    Crumble corned beef on top of cabbage.

    Add a little water to mushroom soup and pour over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350°, uncovered, until potatoes are cooked.
