Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • parsley
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 large onion, sliced (optional)

Directions

    Stir milk, soup and parsley together.

    In a 13 x 9-inch pan put a layer of potatoes, onion and sliced corned beef alternately until gone.

    Then pour soup mixture over this.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
