  • 2 1/2 c. shell macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken up
  • 2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. diced peppers
  • 4 slices diced bread

Directions

    Cook and drain macaroni.

    Combine macaroni with all other ingredients, except bread crumbs.

    Melt 5 tablespoons butter and soak in bread crumbs.

    Place bread crumbs on top of casserole. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
