Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef (unchilled)
- 3/4 c. minced parsley
Directions

1Blend softened cream cheese with milk until smooth.

2Blend in Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce.

3Flake corned beef into cheese mixture.

4Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours.

5Remove and divide in half.

6Shape into 2 logs 1 1/2 x 7-inches.

7Sprinkle parsley on waxed paper.

8Roll logs in parsley to coat evenly.

9Wrap well in plastic wrap and chill thoroughly.

10Serve with sesame crackers or Melba crackers.
