- 2 c. corned beef hash
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup or chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Shape into balls the size of marbles.

3Roll in egg and bread crumbs and fry in deep fat about 30 seconds or until browned.

4Serve with hot savory cocktail sauce.

5Insert a toothpick in each ball.
