  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 3/4 c. consomme
  • 1 Tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. consomme
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 c. salad dressing

Directions

    Separate corned beef and mix with other ingredients.

    Put in a greased pan and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
