Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 c. celery, cut fine
  • 1 small cucumber, cut fine
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 can corned beef, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 tsp. creamed horseradish
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour half and half

    Combine jello and hot water. Dissolve jello.

    Cool until almost firm. Add all other ingredients.

    Refrigerate overnight in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
