Corned Beef & Swiss Appetizer

  • 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • - corned beef brisket, cooked, chopped
  • 1-1/2 qt. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Beat cream cheese and mustard in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Add meat and Swiss cheese; mix well.

    Spoon 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture into each of 16 (3-1/2-inch) ramekins (or four ramekins for trial recipe).

    Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.

    or until lightly browned.

    Serve with assorted breads and crackers.
