  • mashed potatoes with onion salt or powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 egg diluted with 2 Tbsp. water
  • crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Roll potatoes in serving size balls.

    Coat with diluted egg. Roll in crumbs.

    When ready to bake, place on greased sheet.

    Bake at 375° about 20 minutes.
