- 2 Cornish hens
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry red wine
Directions

1Split birds in half and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

2Place each half on square of heavy foil.

3Pour olive oil over each and grease well.

4Place birds skin side down and fill cavity with other ingredients mixed together.

5Fold foil squares around birds to keep in all juices.

6Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour or until tender.

7Open foil and turn birds skin side up. Raise heat and brown about 20 minutes.
