- 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. potatoes, diced
- 1 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown steak with onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, salt and pepper.

2Place this mixture in crust; fold over and seal.

3You will have a half moon shape.

4Bake at 400° for 45 minutes, then at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Make sure you poke a hole in the center of each pasty to let the steam escape.

6Make a gravy out of the juice left in the browning pan; use 2 tablespoons of flour for each cup of liquid.

7Serve hot smothered in gravy.
