- 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Directions

1In mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix throughly.

2Roll dough out on floured surface to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out 2 inch biscuits. Place on baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree oven, for 10 to 12 minutes till golden brown.
