  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can corn kernels (undrained)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped red and green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
