- 34 cup cornmeal
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 34 cup milk
- 14 cup cooking oil
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk and oil; add to dry mix.

3Combine until just moistened -- batter should be lumpy.

4Spoon batter into greased muffin tins and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.

5Serve warm with honey and butter.
