- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal (plain)
- 4 or 5 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk; add fat, salt and sugar.

2Let it cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.

3Add eggs and yeast in the milk mixture. Put in cornmeal and flour and make a soft dough.

4When ready to use, remove from refrigerator.

5Do not knead.

6Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
