- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix water and cornstarch together and cook until thick; set aside to cool.

2Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together; add to cooled cornstarch mixture.

3Beat with electric mixer until it looks like whipped cream.

4This will frost a 2 layer (9-inch) cake.
