  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz.container sour cream
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn

    In a large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Fold in corn. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
