- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. allspice
- pinch of cloves
Directions

1Place ground pork in a large pan and cover 1/2-inch above meat with water. Boil for 1 hour, keeping water to meat level. Add garlic and onion salt. After boiling for 1 hour, add allspice and cloves.

2Continue to boil and simmer for another hour.

3When done simmering, pour into bowl and let cool completely before refrigerating.
