  • 1 to 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • pinch of cloves

Directions

    Place ground pork in a large pan and cover 1/2-inch above meat with water. Boil for 1 hour, keeping water to meat level. Add garlic and onion salt. After boiling for 1 hour, add allspice and cloves.

    Continue to boil and simmer for another hour.

    When done simmering, pour into bowl and let cool completely before refrigerating.
