  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Add 1 cup water and cook until pink is gone.

    Add 2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs.

    Bake about 50 or 60 minutes (until crust is cooked) as a 2 crust pie at 400°.
