- 1/3 c. cottage cheese
- 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. onion, diced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In blender container, combine cheeses, egg yolks, onion, mustard and Worcestershire.

2Process until smooth; set aside.

3Mix egg whites until stiff; fold into cheese mixture.

4Spoon into muffin pan.

5Bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes.
