  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 lb. oleo
  • any kind jelly or preserves
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. minced nuts

    Cream oleo.

    Add cottage cheese and flour.

    Mix until holds together like pastry.

    Make into 1 to 2-inch balls.

    Roll out in powdered sugar.

    Spread any kind of preserves or jelly on pastry. Roll up; dip in egg whites, then nuts.
