- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. chopped chives
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.

2Mash yolks. Combine yolks, cottage cheese, mustard, milk and chives.

3Mix until well blended; season to taste.

4Re-fill egg whites. Sprinkle with chives (if desired). Makes 8 servings.
