- 12 good size potatoes, cut up, not peeled
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut fine
- small jar pimento
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 slices bread, cut fine
- parsley (optional)
Directions

1Boil the potatoes and let cool.

2Mix all ingredients together just until mixed.

3Add a small amount of milk, just enough to moisten.

4Cover with crushed corn flakes.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
