- 1 (8 ounce) jar cheese spread
- 34 cup milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked beef
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn broccoli and red pepper, thawed and drained
- 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 13 cups French-fried onions, divided
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Spoon cheese spread into 12x8-inch baking dish; place in oven just until cheese melts; about 5 minutes.

3Using fork, stir milk into melted cheese until well blended.

4Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and the seasonings.

5Bake, covered, at 375 for 30 minutes or until heated through.

6Top with Cheddar cheese; sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup onions down center.

7Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
