- 1/3 c. firm butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
- butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cut firm butter into 1/4-inch pieces.

2Toss baking mix and butter pieces with fork until coated.

3Add milk; stir just until milk is absorbed.

4(Do not overstir.)

5Turn dough onto cloth covered board, dusted with baking mix.

6Roll to coat.

7Fold and knead dough 5 times.

8Pat lightly to 1/2-inch thickness.

9Cut with floured 3-inch cutter.

10Bake about 9 minutes, then brush melted butter.

11Makes 8 biscuits.
