  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream

    Cook sausage until done.

    Beat eggs lightly and combine remaining ingredients.
