- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. red bell pepper (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. light cream
Directions

1Cook sausage until done.

2Crumble, then drain.

3Mix cheese and sausage.

4Sprinkle in pie shell.

5Beat eggs lightly and combine remaining ingredients.

7Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
