  • 1 pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 c. chopped red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream
