- 9 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Put 1/2 of the sausage on top, then 1/2 of the cheese.

2Repeat layers.

3Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.

4Pour mixture over layers in pan.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Remove cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
