- 1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
- 1 c. celery slices
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. Hellmann's light salad dressing
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Directions

1Place rice in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish; cover with combined vegetables and seasonings.

2Combine soup and salad dressing; mix well.

3Gradually add water to soup mixture; mix well until blended.

4Pour half soup mix over veggies; top with chicken and cover with remaining soup mix.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken and rice are tender.
