- 1 can corn kernel, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons green pepper chopped
- onions 1 sm., chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter, saute onions and green pepper until soft.

2Mix drained, corn, cream corn, egg, muffin mix and onions and green pepper.

3Put in greased 9x12 inch baking dish and top with the grated cheese and sour cream.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
