- 2 lb. or 2 pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 onions, diced
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. corn flakes, crunched
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Spread 2 tablespoons melted margarine over flakes.

2Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
