  • 2 lb. or 2 pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 onions, diced
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. corn flakes, crunched
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Spread 2 tablespoons melted margarine over flakes.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
