- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs in a large bowl.

2Add corns, sour cream, butter and muffin mix and stir.

3Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Top with cheese and bake 15 more minutes.
