- 1 (2 1/2 c.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar cheese)
- 1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese.

2Pour mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven.

4Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese; return to oven and bake 20 more minutes.
