  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans

Directions

    Lightly oil a heavy pot and brown the meat and onions.

    Toss in the two smashed cloves of garlic, cumin, oregano, sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder, green chilies, and tomato sauce.

    Smash the tomatoes and add to the pot, along with the juice and about 8 oz.
