- 1 tsp salt
- Red wine vinegar
Directions

1Crisp bacon in Dutch oven, about 4 min, remove from pan

4Add remaining ingredients except vinegar

5Heat to boil, then simmer until thick, about 2 hr

6Add salt, adobo, and vinegar to taste
