- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until browned, drain.

3Add onions & pepper.

4Cook and stir until tender.

5Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.

6Cook about 2 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
