- 6 ounces crabmeat
- 2 12 cups cauliflower
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup flour
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 3 ounces cream cheese with chives, cut up and softened
- 14 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons parsley
Directions

1Cut up crabmeat.

2Cook cauliflower in butter.

3Stir in flour and pepper.

4Add chicken broth and milk all at once.

5Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

6Cook and stir for 1 more minute.

7Gradually stir in 1 cup of hot milk mixture into the softened cream cheese, cook and stir over heat until melts.

8Add back to other soup.

9Stir in crabmeat and wine with cream cheese mixture.

10Sprinkle with parsley.
