Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 onion (diced)
- 4 large potatoes (cooked and cubed)
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup clam broth (bottled)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans whole corn (save the juice)
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 12 lbs crabmeat
Directions

1Melt butter in 6 quart pot.

2Add onion,whole corn and half the crabmeat.

3Cook till onions are clear.

4Add clam broth,liquid from corn & creamed corn.

5Bring to boil & add evap.

6milk & 1/2& 1/2.
-
7Simmer (do not boil).

8Add potatoes.
-
9Add remainder of crabmeat the next day.

10Cool in refrigerator and reheat the next day.
