- 1 pkg. Louis Kamp crab delight
- 2 bags Success Boil-In-Bag white rice
- 1 (10 oz.) container refrigerated light alfredo sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. each: chopped parsley, chopped chives and pimentos
Directions

1Prepare boil-in-bag rice according to directions; set aside. Combine alfredo sauce, peas, parsley, chives and pimentos in a medium skillet.

2Place over medium heat, stirring often until heated through.

3Add crab delight and heat an additional 2 minutes.

4Serve over hot rice.

5Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
