Crab Au Gratin Dip

- 1 b. special crab meat (fresh, no shells)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- paprika
Directions

1Pick carefully through the crab for pieces of shell. Blend the cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayo until smooth. Fold in the crab.

2Spread in a 9-inch Pyrex pie plate.

3Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and bubbly.

5Serve over crackers.
