- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 1/2 qt. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. crab meat
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. catsup
Directions

1Combine butter and flour in a saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
