- 1 tsp ground green pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 3 tbs butter
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1 large celery stalk diced
- 2 King Crab Legs, shelled and picked clean
- 1 can veggie broth
- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk (secret ingredient!!)
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter until translucent

2Add spices and saute briefly

3Add broth and sherry

4Add crab and reduce to simmer for about 20 minutes

5Add coconut milk

6Continue to simmer to heat through

7Dash of heavy cream can be added if desired
