- 1 (16 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can corn kernels, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. crabmeat or imitation
Directions

1Mix together potato soup, corn, chopped onion, milk and nutmeg in a large pot.

2Simmer 10 minutes.

3Add crabmeat/imitation. Simmer 15 more minutes, stirring regularly.

4Mix in parsley and serve.
