  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 lb. crabmeat or imitation

Directions

    Mix together potato soup, corn, chopped onion, milk and nutmeg in a large pot.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Add crabmeat/imitation. Simmer 15 more minutes, stirring regularly.

    Mix in parsley and serve.
