  • 1 lb. jumbo crabmeat, cleaned
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices bread, cubed and moistened with milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (enough to moisten)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or lime juice
  • salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  • breadcrumbs (for top)
  • grated cheese (for top)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese in 1 1/2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
